(“Odys”, “we” or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses information related to the Odys website currently located at www.odysaviation.com, including all data, content, and functionality thereon (the “Website”). By accessing or using our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Odys Website Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”). Tracking Technologies. Regular cookies may generally be disabled or removed by tools available as part of most commercial browsers, and in some instances blocked in the future by selecting certain settings. Browsers offer different functionalities and options, so you may need to set them separately. Also, tools from commercial browsers may not be effective with Flash cookies (also known as locally shared objects), HTML5 cookies, or other Tracking Technologies. Please be aware that if you disable or remove these technologies, some parts of the Website may not work and that when you revisit the Website your ability to limit browser-based Tracking Technologies is subject to your browser settings and limitations.

If you want us to delete your personal information, please contact us at legal@odysaviation.com with your request. We will take steps to delete your information as soon as we can, but some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as otherwise required by law.

Responding to Do Not Track Signals. Some Internet browsers may be configured to send “Do Not Track” signals to the online services that you visit. Our Website does not currently have the capability to respond to “Do Not Track” signals received from various web browsers. Communications. You can opt out of receiving certain promotional communications from us at any time by following the instructions provided in emails to click on the unsubscribe link. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or security practices and policies of any Third-party Service.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information. We need to retain the information you provide us in order to provide our services. Upon resolution of the issue preventing deletion, we will delete your information as described above. Our Website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under 16, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
